Chalk-browed MockingbirdMimus saturninus
They fought fiercely ... it's remarkable to see how they use bills and legs (nails) to attack the eyes' opponent. It seems the fight was not over food, but territory. They attacked each other, got exhausted and then resumed the struggle. They were always in the same place and finally they flew off. They did not seem to be hurt... but I do think they are beaten and tired.
It is funny the Rufous Hornero's attitude. He watched but did not take part....well it is our national bird.
