A big flock of some 200 individuals moving from Viamonte to Brasil. Impossible to get a photo of them all
This sequence was taken in a park adjacent to the reserve in February 2013. An adult is feeding a juvenile. These parakeets nest in tree holes. When juveniles leave the nest they look very much like an adult with the exception of their black legs. The adullts' are rosy.
